FAQ
Q. How can I move my data to another device?
A. If you want to move your phrase splits or text data to another device (for example, from iPhone or iPad to Mac), please see the step-by-step guide:
How to Export and Import Data between iPhone and Mac
Note: Audio files themselves are not included in the export.
You will need to import the same audio files on the destination device
before importing the data.
Q. The app does not behave as I expected. What should I do?
A. First, please check if you are using the latest version of cut & loop from the App Store.
If the problem continues, contact the developer with the details listed below.
Q. I found a translation mistake or unclear wording.
A. If you notice a problem in the text, you can let the developer know. Feedback about wording and UI text is welcome.
Q. Does cut & loop support macOS?
A. A macOS version is available, but it is not officially supported.
On macOS, only the Files source can be used — albums, podcasts, and playlists are not available.
Some features and behavior may differ from the iOS version.
